However, I am sure this is his direction on his company.

However, as we posted last week, given the legal terms Apple has imposed on developers, we have already decided to shift our focus away from Apple devices for both Flash Player and AIR. We are working to bring Flash Player and AIR to all the other major participants in the mobile ecosystem, including Google, RIM, Palm (soon to be HP), Microsoft, Nokia and others.

This is my opinion, if you read both posts, both are passionate about their products and both are great man. However, it seems that there are some bad relationship between them that causes the situation to evolve to what it has been today.

Click Here to Read the Post by Apple Steve Jobs

and

Click Here to Read the Post by Adobe

or

Click Here to Read WSJ’s interview with Adobe CEO

Both have their own say on their products. They are not wrong or right. However, I think the consumers are the one that will choose, not them.

Of course, I hope that both can co-exist for the benefits of the consumers. I think it is mean for Steve Jobs to conclude that Adobe Flash is the PC era.

Flash was created during the PC era – for PCs and mice. Flash is a successful business for Adobe, and we can understand why they want to push it beyond PCs. But the mobile era is about low power devices, touch interfaces and open web standards – all areas where Flash falls short.

PS: OK, I admit we are mean also to say that iPhone is just a normal phone when it was launched 2 years ago, and it has evolved. However, we do see improvement in Flash too! Why can’t we have a peaceful and harmonious Tech era.

[ad#boxlist]
(source)
(source2)

Yesterday, Apple CEO, Steve Jobs put his thoughts on Apple website.
