Singapore has coined up a term, “Circuit Breaker” for a disruption exercise of the on-going fight against COVID-19. Here are some links (Important Services, Groceries, Online Shopping) that I gathered that could help you to tide over this period specifically 7th April to 4th May 2020.
But first, to protect yourself, please get a free mask from the Singapore Government from 5th April to 8th April 2020.
You can check where is the nearest location to collect the mask. Do note that you will need an original identification card or Photo ID document (birth certs and etc) to get issued one of the masks.
