Shopee LIVE empowers sellers to instantly connect with consumers
With data showing that 89% of Singaporeans consume video content on their mobile phones today, up from 56% in 2017,Shopee LIVE is designed to cater to Singaporeans’ growing demands for captivating online video content. The first-ever in-app live streaming feature enables sellers – official brands, SMEs and micro-entrepreneurs alike – the ability to stream live content to fans and potential customers with the touch of a button.
For consumers, Shopee LIVE provides a new cutting edge online shopping experience, where viewers are able to directly engage with sellers, learn about products, and ask questions in real-time. Shopee Quiz merges live streaming and gamification to engage consumers
Shopee Quiz is a mobile-optimised interactive live trivia game designed to deliver an engaging and rewarding online shopping experience for Shopee users. Hosted by local influencers, the game goes live at 9pm daily during selected campaigns, and brings the thrilling atmosphere of a live game show to viewers via live streaming.
Shopee users are challenged to test their knowledge by answering eight trivia questions across various topics, like history and pop culture. By answering all the questions correctly, participants can win a share of the Shopee Coins prize pool and products from participating brands. Social elements are also weaved into the e-commerce experience, as participants can win rewards in groups or earn an extra chance at winning the game by inviting their friends to play.
