These antennas are compatible with any wireless router that features an RP-SMA connection. They deliver 4dBi in the 2.4GHz band and 7dBi in the 5 GHz band for up to 2X antenna gain over stock antennas, according to Linksys.
They are easy to install. Simply detach router’s factory antennas and replace with the new high-gain antennas. They are available in a 4- and 2-pack (WRT004ANT and WRT002ANT) and sold exclusively at Challenger @ Funan DigitaLife Mall and Challenger.com at an MSRP of S$149 and S$85 respectively.
There are other options to improve the signal strength depending on your usage. For example, you can use range extender, repeater and even powerline adapters to help boost the WiFi signal strength. Do study your needs first before purchasing. Moreover, the price of these new antennas is not cheap.
