Ryan Seacrest’s TYPO Keyboard is finally here in Singapore (from May 2014 at selected retails). For those who did not know, he is a co-founder for this keyboard but with his popularity and status as a Hollywood star, it is easy to understand why everyone is calling it the Ryan Seacrest TYPO Keyboard.
Actually, to put it bluntly, this TYPO Keyboard is nothing but a Bluetooth keyboard that is attached to a casing for iPhone 5/5s. What is interesting (selling point) is that it resembles the keyboard of the BlackBerry Q10, it is very slim and does not increase the overall length of the iPhone 5/5s.
Everyone who is familiar with BlackBerry phones (not their touchscreen smartphone) will know that the keyboard is a very important feature of BlackBerry phone. Likewise, with the TYPO Keyboard, the iPhone 5/5s is transformed to become a more efficient typing machine (according to the Press Release).

And BTW, why do I say that it is controversial. Well, a lawsuit has been filed by BlackBerry to the company that build this keyboard. Not sure how it will end but I am sure it will not be a short wait to get a conclusion to such lawsuit.
