We have been seeing leaked pictures of HTC One Max for months now. Finally, someone leaked the specs online and it is NOT going to be good. Some of the information were already known and some a disappointment.
However, do note that these are just leaked information which we cannot confirm the origin and thus, should be taken as a reference only.
Based on the specs, it has: –
- 5.9-inch Full HD screen
- Android 4.3
- very big battery of 3300mAh
- 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM
- Quad Core Processor of 1.7GHz
- 4MPX camera (Rear), 2.1MPX camera (front)
The pricing is RMB 4,999 (should be or else it make no sense) which is around S$1k. The model is HTC 8088. What is disappointing part is that the camera is still 4MPX (should be the same UltraPixel camera). I was hoping that it can be improved. Anyway, I believe that is the marketing part to have a HTC One, HTC One mini and a HTC One Max with similar specs except for the sizes.
Pocketnow is saying that it should be a Snapdragon 600 processor or SoC processor instead of the current Snapdragon 800. This is another disappointment. I am expecting a minimum Snapdragon 800.
Anyway, these are rumored specs. I will wait for the official one before I make a verdict. Here are some more leaked pics of the handset.
