LG G Pad 8.3 is official, available from Q4 2013

LG G Pad 8.3 is now official. It didn’t take long for LG to show off its latest tablet (after the teaser video). From the look and specs of it, LG is obviously targeting at Apple iPad mini. According to the PR, it will be available in Q4 in “key markets” including North America, Europe and Asia.

Here are some features of the LG G Pad 8.3

It is super thin at 8.3mm. However, it still weighs more than iPad mini by 20 over grams. But you will get a Full HD 8.3-inch screen and a Quad core processor. One of the interesting feature, in my opinion, is the QPair feature. With the QPair app, it allows an Android Smartphone to pair with the G Pad 8.3 to show the incoming calls and text messages.

BTW, until now, there is no mention if this device comes with WiFi only or with WiFi + Cellular. Hopefully, LG can provide more details during IFA.
