A few weeks ago, I blogged about Samsung might be showing off GALAXY Gear just before IFA on the 4th September. Now, Korea Times seems to have confirmed this rumor.

Before you jump in anticipation of the GALAXY Gear based on the picture above, I have to let you know that this is a rendered picture from T3. It is not the real Samsung GALAXY Gear.

However, based on Korea Times,

“The Gear won’t have a flexible display. The new device will enhance and enrich the current smart mobile experience in many ways. It will lead a new trend in smart mobile communications. We are confident that the Gear will add meaningful momentum to the mobile industry,” Lee said.

So, mark your calendar for this upcoming Samsung GALAXY Gear on the 4th September. Also, GALAXY Note 3 or Note III will debut during the event too.
