Singapore, 13 January 2012 – Jabra, a world leader in creating hands-free communications solutions, has partnered with five-time Ironman World Champion, Craig “Crowie” Alexander as spokesperson for Jabra’s sports product line and as a consultant for future product development.

Fresh from his recent victory at the hardest one day endurance event in the world, the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, Craig Alexander was on-hand at this week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES) to showcase Jabra’s recently launched sports product line, which includes the Jabra SPORT Bluetooth stereo headset.

“I am so happy to be teaming up with a company like Jabra that just gets it and creates awesome, durable products for athletes like myself,” said Alexander. “Between the countless hours of intense training getting ready for my next competition and the crazy travel schedule, Jabra’s products have really helped me stay connected with my friends and family and helped keep me motivated and entertained.”

Launched last quarter in Singapore, Jabra SPORT is a tough Bluetooth stereo headset that streams music and calls wirelessly. The product is designed to deliver great music for training sessions, workouts, or any other recreation and outdoor activity and features a category-first built-in FM radio, A2DP technology, and powerful bass to help energize workout performance. The SPORT’s exterior has standard rain, dust, and shock resistant certification, and a wind-shielded microphone, so users don’t need to hold back during their workouts on account of their headphones.
