Finally, some confirmation on the battery drain issue on Apple iOS 5. This might be a relieve for many iPhone users who are complaining about the sub-standard battery life. However, interestingly, Apple acknowledge it as a iOS 5 issue and yet, most of the complains are from iPhone 4s users
Nevertheless, as of now, iOS 5.0.1 Beta has been pushed to developers with mention of a fix on the battery drain issue plus multi-tasking gestures on iPads.
So, lets wait and see if the new iOS 5.0.1 will do any good. I am sure many developers will report their experience after testing it.
