This is a blow for Sony. Sony Playstation Network has been down for a few days now. Finally, Sony decided to talk about it and guess what, their network has been compromised and personal details leaked.

It is quite a long post at Sony Blog. Basically, details that were compromised (based on Engadget’s summary).

• Name
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Country
• E-mail address
• Birthdate
• PSN/Qriocity ID
• PSN/Qriocity password
• PSN/Qriocity security question and answer
• Purchase history
