Microsoft Skybox Sync Service to Battle Apple MobileMe?

New information has come up to indicate that a new service by the name of Skybox is coming our way from Microsoft. Also, in November, there was a few leaked pics of an awesome UI that was thought to be Windows Mobile 6.5. Now, there are further news that it actually exists!

According to Engadget, there will be announcement during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) next month on this Skybox sync service. The Skybox may be the MobileMe (of Apple) from Microsoft. It is thought to be used for Windows Mobile to backup your Phone OTA (Over the Air).

Also, another interesting lineup is the Skyline, an enterprise version of the Skybox and also there will be the SkyMarket, which is a mobile Market Place (aka App Store of Microsoft).

One very interesting information is that the UI as shown above is slated to be the UI overhaul for Windows Mobile. However, nothing is confirmed at this moment. Hopefully, everything will be revealed during MWC next month.

I may have missed out something.
