Now, we have seen the unboxed accessories of the HTC Touch 3G, lets move on to the actual handset.

The first look is that it is very slim and small in size. It has a flushed glass surface and has that minimalist look. The phone itself has just 3 button on the front – A Call and End button and a DPAD that looks like a simple button.

My opinion is that this phone is very suitable for ladies or people that like to slip the phone into their pockets and forget about it.

The phone has a 3.2 Megapixels camera but unfortunately, it DOES NOT have a macro function. Neither is there a flash for it.

The phone fits my palm nicely.

I am very glad that HTC approached me to test drive their HTC Touch 3G. It has been launched in Singapore for over a month now (I think). However, this handset was overshadowed by its big brother HTC Touch HD.

In this review (over 2 weeks until end of the year), I hope to be as interactive as possible. However, I will stop short of all the technical details. This review will be on user experience rather than on the technical specification of it.

I got this handset yesterday evening. Will post some video later but right now I will set this page as a reference page for future review postings.

HTC has officially launched HTC Touch 3G for the Singapore market. This is inline to their commitment of Asia release date. The HTC Touch 3G will be available this weekend at all StarHub retail outlets as well as authorized resellers at a suggested retail price of S$798. (inclusive of 7% GST).
