The Philips Carnival Sale is here. Starting tomorrow (13th November), you can check out all their offers at the carnival. This time, Philips is holding the sale at Singapore Expo instead of the usual place at Toa Payoh. This is good news as Singapore Expo is air-conditioned and away from the haze.
