Fire rifle without looking and hit 500 yard target using TrackingPoint Shotview (Video)

The day has come when you can shoot and hit a target 500 yard (457 meters) away using technology. With a standard ski goggle retrofitted to display TrackingPoint Shotview app on Android, a shooter can actually hit the target without physically looking at it.

With the system, you can actually tag the target and it will be displayed as a red dot on the display. Move the weapon so that the crosshair meets the dot. Fire off and you hit the target.

Sounds like playing a FPS game except that it is lethal and real. Check out the video.

One one hand, it seems to be the perfect weapon on critical situation. However, if it is on the wrong hand, this could be disastrous.
