The iWatch rumors are not new. However, this time, there is (almost) concrete information that some companies are being selected to manufacture this product.

The Singapore Straits Times reported that 2 manufacturers in Taiwan, Inventec and Quanta Computer, are splitting the order 60/40 for Apple iWatch. The iWatch is targeted to release in 2014. This information is based on a report by CIMB Securities analyst Wanli Wang.
