This video looks like a scene from a sci-fi building. By adding water to the material, you can construct a building just by inflating air into it. The material used is concrete canvas, a material that has all the elements of concrete, but is flexible enough to be turned into any shape.
Apparently, you have to soak the material with water. Then, you use a small blow fan to blow up the structure. Once ready, you will need a day for it to dry to become concrete. Watch this video.
