This happens a few days ago. The person is radio newscaster Laura Safe from England. Apparently, she was texting while walking down the steps and fall right into the canal. Luckily, someone nearby helped her.
Today, Telegraph posted a video on YouTube showing the security footage of her falling into the canal. Luckily, throughout the whole event, no one was injured. Here is the video.
