TomTom App for iOS Updated with Social Media Integrated

In January, TomTom teased us with information of social media integration on their iOS app in Q1 2012. Finally, TomTom fulfilled its promise with an updated of its app for iOS devices. With the update, it integrates TomTom navigation with your Facebook and Twitter account. For existing users, you can update it for free. For those without any licenses, it can be purchased from the Apple App Store for USD $69.99.

Here are the new features on V1.10

  • Uses Facebook places and events as a source of turn-by-turn navigation.
  • Enables drivers to share their destination and arrival time on Twitter, Facebook, by email and SMS text.
