Why is iPhone Screen Always 3.5-inch?

As you may notice, since the launch of iPhone, the screen size never change. It is still the 3.5-inch size that we saw in 2007. Why do you think Apple is reluctant to change the screen size? Dustin Curtis may have the answer.

Based on him, the size is just right for one hand operation. By holding on to an iPhone, he is able to reach “anywhere” on the screen whereas he has difficult to do so with the the Samsung Galaxy S II 4.27-inches screen.

Do you agree. I used the 4.3-inch HTC HD2 before. Although at first, it might seem difficult. However, after some practice, I am able to touch the screen as and when needed and anywhere on the screen. The trick is not to grab the phone tightly.

Some might say that the phone might accidentally drop from your hand. I do agree but I guess you have to agree that a bigger screen is really a joy for watching movies and website, isn’t it?
