Barnes & Noble has officially revealed the Nook Color today at an event in US. However, it seems to surprise no one. The Nook Color will be sold at US$249, shipping 19th November. Pre-order now at Barnes & Noble.
It seems that B&N has ventured into the color touch screen direction while Amazon is still holding on to the e-ink. Anyway, I am quite surprised that it does not come with 3G option (yet) and the Android-based UI cannot access the Marketplace. However, B&N is quick to announce developer kit for developer to develop apps for this Nook Color.
