This should not come as a surprise for many as Steve Jobs already mentioned that Singapore and 16 other countries will start selling iPhone 4 from 30th July 2010. And true enough, Singtel and Starhub confirm that they will be launching the iPhone 4 from 30th July. Singtel will start to sell from midnight.
