JooJoo Tablet Finally Shipped and On Video – Video Within

Seriously, I am beginning to doubt Fusion Garage’s marketing plan. First of all, they had a headstart by announcing the pre-order of JooJoo Tablet (before iPad). Then came the lawsuit with TechCrunch Michael Arrington, elays in delivery. And because of the lawsuit, the whole world realized that Fusion Garage sold only 90 sets of JooJoo Tablet during pre-order with 15 refunds. Finally, JooJoo is shipped just a few days before iPad is launched and Engadget has the first hands-on on this JooJoo.

From the video, it seems that FG has revamped its JooJoo UI. It really looks better but from the look of the scrolling, it does not seems to be smooth. Too early to say anything. Hope that Engadget can do a review quick for us to see :) .

    Looks a lot better with the new interface. But the transition is painful to the eyes. Can’t they make it smoother? And who is the smart alex who came up with the idea of using 2 fingers to scroll?

    And it seems like they didn’t do anything to improve the keyboard. I wish the reviewer could type more to show us if they fixed the keyboard insensitive issue. But I do notice that there are a few times where the guy have to scroll 2 times to get the page to scroll up/down.

    DK: Seriously, I also think that it is not usual for him to use 2 fingers to scroll, although he kept saying that you can do it on 1 finger. I really don’t know why he don’t want to do it.. But the interface looks more polish la.. I must say..
