Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid is a Laptop and a Tablet

I like this Lenovo IdeaPad U1 Hybrid concept. It is a tablet with a keyboard that shape like a laptop. However, reading the little details that is available, it seems that it has 2 processors and running on 2 type of OS. We will need to wait for more details.

When in the laptop state, it is powered by by a CULV Intel Core 2 Duo processor and runs Windows 7 Home Premium. However, when you plucked the tablet out, it changes its processor to a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with a 16GB SSD that boots Lenovo’s customized Skylight Linux interface. BTW, the 11.6-inch screen is capacitive and multi-touch.

So, I guess the main purpose of the tablet should be for surfing the Internet and basic usage. BTW, the pricing for this Hybrid is US$999. Hopefully, more details (or video) will surface at CES.
