I am thinking of purchasing the 4810T model. The only problem is that I don’t know how well it would handle Adobe Photoshop or any kind of serious multitasking. It is important for me to be able to use photoshop on my computer, I like to draw digital art and sometimes I have to work with big files.

I would be very grateful if you could answer my question.

Hi, Arash,

I was also amazed at the 8hrs claim. I clarified with Acer and they mentioned that this is the max life that they could get out of this battery and config. However, they mentioned that in real situation, they can still maintain 6 to 7hrs. This is achievable, according to them, by the Ultra low voltage processor and their smart battery management.

Most 4400 mAh CULV laptops deliver 3 to 3.5 hours under normal use. So I expect this 5600 mAh to be 4 to 4.5 hours.

Usually manufactures state the highest possible achievable battery life. So low brightness, low activity and no wifi. So in reality, under normal use, it is usually 60% to 70% of that the manufacture says.

Did you test it and did it deliver 8 hours of battery life or does Acer say it is 8 hours?
