This must be something that people would like to find out on the phone. As mentioned, I tried to be as less techie as possible. The overall review is about the ease of using the phone and not how good the phone specification is.

does this htc touch 3g has the multi touch function?

Hi, R,
As far as my usage concern, it has no multi-touch as it is a resistive touch screen. Hoewver, if you have read up before, you may have read that Touch Diamond, Pro may have Multi-touch. They are true but those multitouch is only restricted to the buttons area only.
In short, HTC Touch 3G does not have multi-touch.

Hi, GT,
Yes. The touch screen is a tad too small for ease of use but I did not encounter any freezing of the screen. Maybe my test period is short.
And as compared to iPhone, which is a multi-touch screen, the iPhone definitely excels…
